Getting Started with Loyalzoo Digital Loyalty Integration
YourMenu now integrates with Loyalzoo Digital Loyalty on the Clover POS! You can now offer a seamless loyalty points program where customers can earn and redeem in-person and online. To see the integration in action check it out here:
Welcome to the YourMenu x Loyalzoo integration guide! This tutorial
will walk you through the steps to set up your digital loyalty program to work with YourMenu online ordering. By the end,
you'll be able to manage loyalty rewards seamlessly through YourMenu
and Loyalzoo.
To get started, you must have both YourMenu and Loyalzoo downloaded and set up on your Clover POS. For assistance with setting up Loyalzoo, please check out their help page here: https://help.loyalzoo.com/en/collections/139943-clover
In Loyalzoo, make sure you have Rewards set up that have a Reward Value and are Redeemable Online. If you don't do this, the Reward will not appear on your YourMenu online ordering. Here are a few examples:
Once that is done, you can check that the integration is live by going to your YourMenu page and clicking Sign In. If it is working, you will this at the bottom of the sign in screen:
Now, customers will see their points and potential rewards when they Sign In and at Checkout:
