How to Pause Orders with YourMenu

Did your restaurant get unexpectedly busy?  You can quickly pause your online ordering with YourMenu from your POS, mobile device, or PC.  Simply use the instructions below on any device you have logged in to YourMenu.



  1.  On the YourMenu dashboard, go to Dashboard.
  2.  Click the orange Pause Ordering button.
  3.  A popup will display and ask for the pause Duration.  Please choose from the list of options (i.e. 1 hour.)
  4.  Once set, you can 'unpause' by clicking the red x next to the pause ordering button.
