Notification Sound Not Working for YourMenu on Clover POS
YourMenu automatically has a display and sound notification for all new orders so you never miss an order! Follow the instructions below to ensure your Clover POS is set up to receive order notifications from YourMenu.
- On your Clover POS, go to Setup > Online Ordering
- Tap Remote Firing Device and select the device you'd like to receive notifications on
- Hit Save
- Go back to the main screen on Clover (tap the circle on the bottom bar)
- Open YourMenu
- Ensure you are signed in to your YourMenu account. If you are not signed in, it will ask you to type in a username and password.
- Once signed in you are done!
