How to Create a Message Template for SMS Marketing

In YourMenu, a Template is simply the message you want to send in your SMS Marketing Campaign.  We offer dynamic content such as the customers First Name to help you personalize the Template and maximize conversions.

To create a Template for SMS Marketing:
  1. On the YourMenu dashboard, go to SMS Marketing > Templates
  2. Click Create New Template
  3. Give the Template a Name (ex: July Customer Appreciation, We Miss You, Taco Tuesday)
  4. Under Template, write out the message you want to send to your Audience
    1. Use Dynamic Values to personalize the Template
    2. Create a Discount and use the Code and Tracking Link in your Template to track ROI: https://help.yourmenu.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-add-a-discount
  5. Once done, click Create New Template
