How to Create a SMS Marketing Campaign

In YourMenu, a Campaign is used to send SMS messages to your Audience(s).  Campaigns can be Scheduled to send or can be sent immediately.  Campaigns can also be recurring so they send more than once.
To create a Campaign for SMS Marketing:
  1. On the YourMenu dashboard, go to SMS Marketing > Campaigns
  2. Click Create New Campaign
  3. Give the Campaign a Name (ex: July Customer Appreciation, We Miss You, Taco Tuesday)
  4. Under Template, select the Template you'd like to send

  5. Under Audience, select the Audience(s) you want to send the Template to.  You can select multiple.

  6. Enter the time and date you wish to send the Campaign under the Send At field
  7. Optional: For Recurring Campaigns, turn on Recurring.
    1. Set the Frequency
  8. You can Preview Matches again at the bottom to see how many recipients are in your Campaign.
  9. Once done, click Create New Campaign
